Mark Brann, MD, FACC
Dr. Brann joined the cardiovascular team at Salt Lake Regional Medical Center in June, 2007. He comes from the University of Utah where he had been a Clinical Assistant professor of Medicine in the Cardiology division for six years. He graduated from Dartmouth College and Dartmouth Medical School. He completed his residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee.

Thomas Calame, MD, FACC
Board Certified in 1979, Dr. Calame brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and training to our team. He currently serves as the Director of the Cardiac Cath Lab at Salt Lake Regional Medical Center and is a Clinical Associate professor at the University of Utah. His received his medical training at University of Maryland Medical School followed by internship, residency and fellowship training at the University of Utah.

James Stringham, MD, FACS
Dr. Stringham is a native of Salt Lake City and graduated from the University of Utah School of Medicine with honors in surgery. He completed residencies in both General Surgery and Cardiothoracic Surgery at the University of Wisconsin. Prior to joining our staff, he served on the faculty of the University of Utah for 11 years, acting as the Surgical Director of the heart transplant program, and director of the artificial heart program. He currently practices in all aspects of adult cardiac and general thoracic surgery. He has operated at SLRMC since 1995.

Imran Zubair, MD, FACC
Dr. Zubair is Board Certified in Internal Medicine, General Cardiology, Interventional Cardiology and Clinical Electrophysiology, with over 15 years of cardiology practice experience. He completed his M.D., internship and residency at University of Alabama at Birmingham. In 1989 he moved to Utah to accept a cardiology fellowship at the University of Utah Medical Center.
